In my role as a psychotherapist, I believe in a collaborative process where therapist and client begin a healing journey as a team of two. Along this path, we will determine the personal goals of the clients. Then we will discover the problems, psychological challenges and troublesome and recurring areas and we will investigate them carefully. In this regard, with the experiences of the therapist and the knowledge of the therapist, we are advancing step by step in the path of empowerment and improvement of mental health.
